The BREAKFAST SAUSAGE rolls are known as "Le GARCON MASON," or "The Little Boy Mason," en Francais and are perfect for those who love flavor but can't handle the spice.  These hand folded breakfast rolls are filled with fully cooked premium pork sausage, scrambled eggs with whole milk and shredded Wisconsin sharp cheddar.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS  

Craig's Cajun Bread rolls are best baked directly from frozen.  

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.  Cut bag open and separate the rolls.  Place rolls in a nonstick/greased muffin tin or cookie sheet.  Bake for 25-30 minutes (or until tops are browned).  For a an extra burst of flavor, melt a little butter or spread a bit of olive onto the tops of each roll followed by a sprinkle our signature spice blend (sold separately).  

Alternative Cooking Instructions:

This product can also be deep fried.  Take 3-6 rolls and place on a microwave safe plate.  For 3 rolls, microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds.  For additional 3 rolls, add 30 seconds.  Have the fryer set to 350 degrees, then drop for 3 minutes fully submerged.

(Craig's Cajun Bread rolls are sold frozen and by the dozen.  The savory meat mixture inside each roll is fully cooked prior to hand folding in a white bread dinner roll and flash frozen, then packaged.)
